You are eligible for a full refund on any credit pack purchase if:
If more than 5 credits have been used, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused credits, at our discretion.

You are eligible for a full refund on a Pro Annual subscription if:
No refunds are issued after the 14-day window or if the usage threshold has been exceeded.
You may cancel your Pro Annual subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the subscription from auto-renewing at the next annual billing date. No refund is issued for the remaining period of an active subscription after the refund window has closed — you retain access to Pro features until the subscription period ends.
Cancel your subscription from your account settings page, or email us at hello@myreportcomments.com and we will cancel it on your behalf within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If you experience a technical issue that causes credits to be consumed without successfully generating a comment (e.g., a server error or connection failure during generation), we will restore those credits to your account. Email us with your account details and a description of the issue and we will investigate within 2 business days.
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or any other applicable South African consumer legislation.
